The application form can also be downloaded from the faculty website. Ensure to fill up the application with accurate details. Copies of your educational, employment certificates and any other supporting documents requested should be submitted along with the application and forwarded to reach the Senior Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Graduate studies through registered post, or by hand to the academic division of the faculty. The application can also be submitted online through the below link. Application fee of Rs 2,000, (MSc programs) and Rs 10,000 (MPhil/PhD programs) can be paid to Account Number 0009405625 – Faculty of Graduate Studies, The Bank of Ceylon, Idama Branch, Moratuwa, and the payment slip should be submitted along with the application.
