The Master of Business Administration in E - Governance programme of KDU aims at identifying and fulfilling the requirements of the changing role of technology in administration. The Program is to prepare the participants for successful planning, implementation, and development of E-Governance initiatives. Moreover, it enables the participants to build collaborative networks with other stakeholders of those initiatives. It has been designed in accordance with the Sri Lankan Qualifications Framework (SLQF) of Quality Assurance and Accreditation Council of Sri Lanka (QACC), the Ministry of Higher Education is equivalent to SLQF 10, which covers 60 credits including a research component of 15 credits. It has gone through a thorough review by a panel of senior academics and professionals from universities/institutions in Sri Lanka, ensuring a high academic standard to facilitate the participants to complete MBA in E-Governance within two years while in service. The main objective of this programme is supporting the public sector organizations in their e-Government initiatives by providing specialized knowledge in IT, management and e-governance.
